Dean's Message

Dear Students,

Due to the lack of pharmacy faculties in universities in the North of Lebanon and the need to revive the North scientifically and academically to answer society's needs, the Faculty of Pharmacy was established at Jinan University. Some of the faculty goals are:

- To form highly qualified pharmacists.

- To revive pharmaceutical industries in Lebanon.

- To supply pharmaceutical companies with competent pharmacists in order to stimulate the Lebanese pharmaceutical industry.

- To develop research and teaching methods and to provide scientific publications in the field of pharmacy.

- To cooperate scientifically with the different Faculties of Pharmacy of Arab and foreign universities.

- To enable pharmacists to deal with customers as humans who need treatment rather than treating them as commodities.

- To deal seriously with medication as a chemical substance because its inappropriate use may harm the patient.
