دليل الموظف
يهدف دليل الموظف إلى تعريف الموظفين بالجامعة ونشاطاتها وبالسياسات والإجراءات التي يحتاجون إلى معرفتها لممارسة أعمالهم، وإلى الإجابة على كافة أسئلتهم واستفساراتهم في هذه المجالات، وذلك من خلال:
- اطلاعهم على هوية ورسالة الجامعة.
- اطلاعهم على السياسات والأنظمة والقواعد وأساليب العمل التي تحدد حقوقهم وواجباتهم وتنظّم علاقتهم بالجامعة.
- اطلاعهم على السياسات والإجراءات والنماذج المعتمدة في الجامعة، وتحديد دورهم في تنفيذ كل من هذه السياسات والإجراءات والنماذج التي يمكنهم استخدامها لهذا الغرض.
تمّ اعتماد "دليل الموظف" انطلاقاً من أدلة العمل الداخلية المعتمدة في الجامعة. يمكن للموظفين الرجوع إلى رؤسائهم المباشرين أو إلى المسؤولين المعنيين في الدوائر المختصة، مثل مكتب الموارد البشرية، وذلك عند حاجتهم إلى أيّ معلومات إضافية في هذا الشأن.
إنّ جامعة الجنان هي مؤسسة ديناميكية، تعمل في بيئة عمل دائمة التغيّر. لذا فإنّه من الطبيعي أن تكون السياسات الواردة في هذا الدليل عرضة للمراجعة المستمرة، وأن يتم تغييرها أو تعديلها في أيّ وقت بما يتناسب مع القوانين واحتياجات ومصالح الجامعة والموظفين فيها. وفي حال التغيير أو التعديل، سوف تعمل المؤسسة جاهدة على إطلاع الموظفين فيها على ذلك أولاً بأول.
