Quality Manager
Job Description
- Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
- Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;
- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;
- Making sure that service processes meet international and national standards;
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
- Develop and implement quality improvement activities and policies;
- Determine if program is achieving its goals;
- Develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency;
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports and analysis;
- Investigate, monitor, document and report on quality of care and service issues;
- Conduct periodic internal audit and prepare for the management review;
- Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers' charters.
Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in related filed etc.
Self-motivated, be able to work on weekend and holidays once required
Education
BS in related filed
