Quality Manager


Job Description

  • Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
  • Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;
  • Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;
  • Making sure that service processes meet international and national standards;
  • Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
  • Develop and implement quality improvement activities and policies;
  • Determine if program is achieving its goals;
  • Develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency;
  • Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports and analysis;
  • Investigate, monitor, document and report on quality of care and service issues;
  • Conduct periodic internal audit and prepare for the management review;
  • Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers' charters.

 

Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in related filed etc.
Self-motivated, be able to work on weekend and holidays once required

 

Education

BS in related filed
